DescriptionThe Senagra Valley is one of the most beautiful and least known places on Lake Como. Here the Senagra River flows sometimes placid, sometimes rushing. We leave the center of Menaggio to guide you to discover this magical place, where natural beauty blends with curious and important historical traces.
A simple walk through the ancient village of Loveno where we will encounter narrow alleys that suddenly open onto spectacular views of the lake and important historic villas. Continuing to the magical and little-visited heart of the valley, we will encounter a suspension bridge and evidence of the productive history of this place.
Awaiting us, an old brick factory, now turned into a museum, and an old nail factory that is now an agritourism and a sustainable trout and sturgeon farm. We will visit the farmhouse in the company of the owner and then sit down together to taste the typical products of this wonderful farm, like friends ... like family ...
